EPA Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

I am driven to ensure quality is met throughout the apprenticeship standards. I have a kind and professional approach to EPA'ing so I am able to draw the best and most accurate reflection of the apprentice from them.

Availability: I am self employed so flexible on availability 7 days a week
Travel: I am happy to travel and do overnight stays so can work anywhere
Details of Occupational Competence (within last 3 years): I have continued to develop my excellent skills in customer service throughout my career and have worked with others as an Assessor, IQA and Employer to support them in their customer service delivery. I have a wealth of knowledge and practical skills and abilities in Health and Safety requirements in the workplace, a very good knowledge of organisational structures and processes and vast experience working in and managing customer service functions
Vocational / Academic Qualifications: Qualifications - Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT at Level 2. D32 and D33 Competences in Training and Development. D34 Internal Verification. Level 4 Higher Professional Diploma in Early Years (Merit). Higher Level Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management in the Business Skills Sector. Understanding the External Quality Assurance Processes and Procedures
